Reforming Silk Products

Today, members of group study, including the webmaster,  remade ties or obiage, an obi supporting sash to keep the main bow from slipping down when we wear a kimono, into a necklace with foam polystyrene balls and plastic beads under an expert's instruction at their monthly workshop. Making was easy and it took less than one hour to finish work.  Why not remake silk products kept in your closet or drawers?
